From the time of arrival, Meghan at the reception desk will welcome you with a warm hospitality, explained all the intake process in detail and then gets you setup in your private pre operative holding room. From there nurses Maria and Stephanie take over with their calming and radiant smiles going over every aspect of what to expect during surgery and making sure you are a 💯 comfortable Their post Op care was excellent, warm and caring and making sure every detail of the recovery at home process was understood with clarity. Dr Jacobson was also excellent explaining how the sedation procedure worked, what to expect before and after it and making sure I was comfortable theoughout the whole procedure. And let’s not forget the surgical technician who assisted my amazing Dr. Stokes every step of the way! I’m very impressed and grateful to everyone in the New Imagw team for the excellence they demonstrated in every facet of the process but I’m also very happy to have experienced first hand the undeniable professional, personalized and exceptional care that we offer to our patients by recommending New Image as the facility for their procedures. I had the most amazing experience at New Image Surgery Center for my Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Lewen. From the moment I walked in, Meghan was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She went through the necessary consents with me. She then admitted me to my room, where I was cared for by Maria, RN. Maria was incredibly warm, calming, and reassuring. She asked me a few questions, reviewed the post-op instructions with both my mom and me, and started my IV, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I also met with Dr. Jacobson, my anesthesiologist, who was absolutely wonderful. He even asked me what music I wanted to listen to in the OR, which was such a thoughtful touch and helped make the experience feel very personal and relaxed. The entire surgical team, including the scrub tech and circulating nurse, worked together so seamlessly. You could truly see the teamwork and professionalism throughout the entire process. Everything flowed so smoothly, and before I knew it, my procedure was over and I was in recovery. I woke up comfortable and with no pain, and I felt incredibly well cared for from beginning to end. The overall experience was truly amazing. I had my surgery with Dr. Zheong at New Image Surgery Center on July 27th, and I am extremely happy with my experience and results. From the very beginning, Dr. Zheong and his entire staff were attentive, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I had a tummy tuck and breast surgery, and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Dr. Zheong did a beautiful job with my incisions, and I have been very impressed with how clean and well everything has healed. The aftercare has also been excellent. What I especially appreciate is how responsive the entire staff has been. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern during my recovery, they have always been available and quick to respond to my texts, which has made the healing process much easier.
