She was professional, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. Nurses Stephanie and Maria were incredibly compassionate and kind-they treated me with such empathy and warmth that I never once felt like "just another patient " I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. My visit with the Dr. left me feeling reassured and confident in my decision. Every concern I had was addressed with care, and everything was explained thoroughly. I never felt rushed-only supported. What touched me the most is how this team treats you as a person first. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe, respected and valued. The level of attention and loving care I received meant more to me than I can express. I am beyond grateful and truly a very happy patient. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and truly make you feel supported from start to finish. The care doesn’t stop after surgery either, and the post-op follow-ups are incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The surgery center is a warm and inviting place with staff who treat you like family. They explain everything very well and give detailed instructions about what you’re going to experience before and after your surgery. They are on call 24/7 for you if you have problems or issues and will see you in the office as needed. I highly recommend New image cosmetic surgery.
