Dr. Philip Jacobson MD FAAPM HCRM is a highly respected anesthesiologist with more than three decades of clinical excellence in anesthesiology and acute pain management. He serves as Medical Director and Director of Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Management at New Image Cosmetic Surgery Center in Plantation Florida where patient safety precision and elevated standards of care guide every surgical experience.
Dr. Jacobson is nationally recognized for his expertise and was named one of America’s Top Anesthesiologists by the Consumers Research Council of America for four consecutive years from 2006 through 2009. His leadership and professional achievements have also been honored with the Accomplished Leader for Professional Performance Award and a Lifetime Achievement Award reflecting his longstanding impact on the field of anesthesiology.
He holds certification as a Healthcare Risk Management Professional an uncommon and highly valuable qualification in outpatient surgical settings that underscores his expertise in regulatory compliance risk mitigation and perioperative safety. Dr. Jacobson is also an American Heart Association certified instructor in Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support providing advanced training to healthcare professionals and reinforcing the highest standards of emergency preparedness.
Dr. Jacobson completed fellowship training in pain management and residency training in anesthesiology at New York University affiliated hospitals and has held leadership roles across hospitals and accredited surgery centers in Florida and New York. He has authored and presented peer reviewed research in anesthesiology and pain management and was selected to represent anesthesiologists before the New York State Legislature demonstrating the trust placed in his clinical judgment and leadership.

Dr. Zhong’s focus is on obtaining beautiful and natural results that are tailored to each unique individual patient’s needs through modern and safe surgical techniques. Dr. Zhong earned his medical degree from Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine, one of the nation’s leading osteopathic institutions recognized for its excellence in research and clinical medicine. He then completed his general surgical training in South Florida where he refined his expertise among some of the top surgeons in the field. To further specialize, Dr. Zhong was selected for a prestigious cosmetic surgery fellowship, where his focus was dedicated exclusively to surgical and medical aesthetic procedures of the face and body.
